Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with extensive experience in HCM migrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and will be responsible for migrating, configuring, and optimizing client HR solutions, ensuring seamless transitions and impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration Projects: Lead and manage end-to-end HCM migration projects to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- System Configuration: Configure and tailor SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client-specific requirements, focusing on optimal performance and user experience.
- Data Management: Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during migrations.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices for HCM migration, system optimization, and change management strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, IT specialists, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute rigorous testing and validation plans to ensure functionality meets specified requirements post-migration.
- Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support client self-sufficiency and system support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in HCM migrations and implementations.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
- Proven track record of successful HCM data migrations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
