Job Description
The Employee Referral Bonus Program (RAF) is designed to supplement Concentrix (CVG)
Mauritius Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “CNX Mauritius”) normal recruiting activity and enhance
the pool of diverse, qualified candidates available for hire into Concentrix Mauritius.
All employees on the payroll of Concentrix Mauritius including people manager are eligible to
refer. The referring Concentrix Mauritius employee must be on the permanent payroll of the
organization with a valid employee ID (This also includes Permanent/Fixed-term/Full time/Part
time employees).
There may be different referral bonus programs for specific ram/holiday hiring (promotional).
Also, referral program is only limited to agent roles unless there is a pre-approval from the nonagent TA Lead.
It isn’t also a standard scheme since it varies from a site to another based on local regulations
and site specifics.
This program is aimed at inviting referrals from every employee at Concentrix Mauritius for: • Regular - Full Time Hires • Regular - Part Time Hires • Fixed Term - Full Time Hires • Fixed Term - Part Time Hires • Temporary - Full Time Hires • Temporary - Part Time Hires This policy is only applicable to Concentrix Mauritius. Referrers with referrals outside Mauritius are not eligible for the incentives applicable in Concentrix (CVG) Mauritius Ltd
