We are on a lookout for tech-savvy and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Technical Support Specialist with German.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling a wide range of issues and offering effective solutions and guidance;

• Collaborating with team members and contributing to group targets and goals;

• Maintaining accurate records of new cases and ensuring the accuracy of existing logs;

• Escalating complex cases as per company protocols;

• Utilize and actively participate in the improvement in the existing client Knowledge Database;

Main requirements:

• Proficiency in German and a fluency in English;

• Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage;

• Previous experience in technical support is an advantage;

• Proven track record of troubleshooting abilities is advantageous;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);

• A positive and open-minded attitude;

• Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
