 What the role looks like:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business portfolio leveraging various tools and processes.
  • Manage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas.
  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field.
  • Use multichannel approach and organize online meetings to establish business communication with clients (emails, phone etc.)
  • Use consultative approach to determine client’s goals and offer the most appropriate marketing optimization tips to address their needs.
  • Educate clients on their opportunities and translate their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Serve as point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, investigate and deliver proper recommendations/solutions.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.
  • Achieve quarterly based sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
  • Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday office)
  • Working hours: Mon – Fr 10:00 – 19:00”

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of Sales Strategies and Sales Pipeline.

  • Fluent level of Turkish and English - written and spoken.

  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is required.

  • Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in marketing

  • Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in dynamic atmosphere.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.

  • Experience working with CRM or similar is an advantage.
