Intelligence-fueled.We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Analyst to join our content publishing team. In this individual contributor role, reporting to the Content Team Lead, you will be essential in ensuring the quality of our digital products and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of our digital channels (Web, App, SAS) and ensuring high-quality output through timely error detection and accurate defect logging. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, able to navigate challenging situations with clarity, and proactive in identifying and resolving publishing and content errors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle testing, including designing manual tests, developing scripts, and executing tests to ensure content quality.
Collaborate closely with development and marketing teams to facilitate defect resolution and enhance overall content quality.
Utilize CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Magento, and others for testing and quality assurance.
Act as a Content Publisher to make necessary fixes in the system, ensuring updates are applied efficiently and effectively.
Perform audits of the content management system to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leading feature enhancements to streamline the publishing process.
Analyze and audit UI/UX journeys to ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.
Advocate for timely fixes on identified defects, fostering a culture of quality and accountability within the team.
Document findings and provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of front-end manual testing experience, particularly in CMS environments.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (native).
Excellent communication skills with a strong personality to advocate for quality and drive improvements.
Experience in content management system enhancements and fixes.
Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks, including JIRA and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of marketing QA processes and static testing methodologies.
Proficient in AEM, Magento, and other CMS systems.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and attention to detail.
