Customer Service Sales Associate with GermanJob Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.Tasks:
• inbound calls, email, chat
• Cross and upselling of products and services
• Providing information about products and services
• Troubleshooting and replacing equipment, handling complaints
Requirements:
• German - C1 (spoken and written)
• Excellent technical skills
• Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues
• Positive attitude towards proactive sales, objection handling
• Awareness of how to use social media
• Stable, wired internet connection
• Previous knowledge of telephony, digital service platforms and CRM tools is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English - B1-B2 (an advantage)
What do we offer you?
1. Paid training (3 weeks) - online
2. Salary - 7000 PLN gross, performance bonus - up to 700 PLN gross
3. Employment contract. Work only in Poland
4. Home office
5. Shift work (Mon-Fri: 8:00-21:00, 2 times a month Saturday shift), 8.5 hours a day, 2x30 minutes break (included in 8.5 hours)
6. Intensive training with continuous further education and training
