Job Description
What the role looks like:
- Ensures that client’s customers are consistently satisfied with the client’s products and services, and resolves escalated issues;
- Achieve revenue-based quotas and managing sales territory;
- Successful management of client accounts to meet operational needs, growth objectives and proposes potential solutions;
- Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections by skillful negotiation;
- Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels;
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales;
- Use data to help influence buying/renewal process.
- The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00AM - 18:00PM.
Your profile:
- Fluent level of English – both written and spoken;
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.
- Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Experience working with CRM (SalesForce)or similar will be an advantage.
- Keen on new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
