Sales Support Specialist
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Sales Support Specialist will support the APAC Sales and Data Security team for B2B enterprise SaaS/Cloud products. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the sales lifecycle by providing guidance on sales processes and pricing policies to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
As part of our organization’s growth, this is an expansion headcount (permanent position) where you get to pioneer a Sales Support desk start-up in Singapore. We are looking for individuals who are independent, meticulous, have an eye for large data management and comfortable to manage ambiguity situation while setting in place new processes and workflows.
Successful candidates will be the subject matter expert on SaaS/ Cloud product discount and pricing management, present accurate sales quotation, review sales contracts, update accounts notes in CRM system, perform customer research, identify high-risk customer accounts, gather and develop sales data mapping to help the sales team overcome customer objections and mitigate risks. You will be able to handle confidential information with complete integrity and escalate challenging or ambiguous scenarios to the right channel for resolution.

Sales Deal Discount and Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales opportunities in CRM by ensuring complete and accurate product, timeline, and pricing information.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to address missing details to avoid delays, particularly for discount discussions.
- Maintain sales quote documentation, customer contacts, and pipeline data accuracy, proactively addressing potential blockers.
- Using the internal CRM ticketing platform, manage the ticketing process for sales renewals flagged as high-risk and alert the sales team regarding at-risk sales opportunities.
- Analyze the sales opportunities and logged cases within the system, comprehensively understanding each case before initiating a discount request with the relevant point of contact.
Pricing and Discount Management
- Oversee pricing and discount amounts for cloud products, performing pricing calculations in consultation with the Field Sales Representatives (FSR) and coordinate with the Discount Approvals team.
- Coordinate discount requests, create or revise pricing upon approval, and communicate updates to the Field Sales Representatives (FSR), ensuring they align with customer expectations and have the necessary approvals in-place.
- Manage pricing variations for new vs existing customers, resellers, and authorized vendors, ensuring accuracy in each category.
- Oversee the closed/won sales process, ensuring complete and accurate information is recorded for compensation and booking.
Sales Support and Sales Process Management
- Serve as the main expert on pricing and deal desk management, guiding the Sales team on commercial sales cycles (new/ renewal sales), pricing, and policies.
- Act as the go-to contact for end-to-end pricing and sales process questions, addressing inquiries within 24 hours using resources and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Sales to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Facilitate Account Team meetings across time zones and support teams throughout the ordering process.
- Provide training on contracts and quote-building process, regularly updating best practices and maintaining comprehensive process documentation for both internal and external use.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a metrics-driven sales or customer-facing role, ideally with experience in pricing discount or deal desk management, B2B sales operations, or administrative functions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Fluent in English for effective engagement with APAC and global stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- High integrity and attention to detail, especially in handling confidential information.
- Strong numerical aptitude, especially for managing and analyzing pricing data.
- Team-oriented yet self-sufficient, with strong accountability and ability to manage high-priority tasks and complex data.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines efficiently for a high volume of transactions.
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
Other Information
- 5 days work week (Mon - Fri / regular working hours).
- Singapore office is at walking distance from nearest MRT (Labrador Park).
