Job Description

The Facilities Engineer is essential to ensure that all primary tasks and needs are met. The presence of FA position will widen the Facilities Management manpower coverage onsite. The FA scope of work will include quality service, customer service, company asset management, soft & hard services management, and other facilities management functions. The need for an FA is to ensure consistent implementation of all critical tasks, policies, and procedures and to take charge of the prompt response to any facility related concerns and complaints from the delivery team.

1. The FA is responsible to implement and maintain site-specific facility operation standards and processes, SLA’s set by Real Estate – Facilities Management.
2. He will oversee Soft Services for the upkeep of the following: housekeeping works, messenger services, mail room activities, off site logistics and or onsite initiated activities and events, transportation service requests and logistic needs for the delivery team, helpdesk monitoring, client visits activities, concessionaires’ services, and other administrative functions such as taking corrective action or escalate to RESO Management when necessary
3. He will oversee Hard Services for the upkeep of minor/major onsite repairs, fit-outs and will take full accountability of the Facilities Equipment – Operations and Maintenance. This includes vendor and LL/Bldg. Admin coordination.
4. Work to closely coordinate with site-specific programs, to monitor compliance by third party of contractual service level agreements, and to communicate non-compliance or other unresolved issues.
5. He will prepare and update standard reports to ensure consistent presentation and analysis of data, particularly on the following: site-facility repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance, incoming/outgoing business mail, messengerial routes and logs, helpdesk ticketing system, housekeeping checklist, transportation utilization, logistics support, client visits, and executive support services.
6. He will collaborate closely with internal customers to identify and address emerging facility requirements, concerns, and issues and to create and establish action plans to limit disruption of work activities and interruption of facility services. 
7. Work to ensure site compliance with Concentrix policies, standards, and procedures by participating in audits and reviews of executed operational methods and practices. Prepare and maintain appropriate records in compliance with CNX standards for quality documentation of relative assigned duties and responsibilities.
8. He will participate in the following administrative activities such as facilities management problem-resolution and decision-making, gathering information from internal (e.g., program representatives, Human Resources/ PS) and external (e.g., vendors, other Real Estate sections, Landlord/Building Admin) sources, perform initial assessment of information and present resolutions, options/initiatives, and improvements.
9. Create and track PR/PO assignments and resolve outstanding invoices.
10. Manage and implement special projects like workstation configuration, wall partitioning and branding. 
11. Other facility tasks pertaining to Administration works
