What you'll be doing
- Interacting directly with customers and taking charge of regaining lost business by promoting the value of our client’s IT products and services
- Using tools like Winback 4.1, Cancelation Data and Sales Lobby to help our sales teams find opportunities to identify win back customers
- Collaborating with leaders, sales managers and Installed Base Business Managers to develop a robust sales action plan
- Putting plans into action, like running promotions, bundling products, making sales calls, and finding potential customers, especially in our direct and indirect sales channels.
- Helping our sales team by using global sales enablement materials and information to make it easier for them to sell to customers and support end-user sales efforts
What you need
- University / Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and proven track record in Service Business Management
- Excellent business acumen
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Ability to research, analyse data and make recommendations
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work in virtual teams with members in different time zones and from different cultural backgrounds
- Strong time management skills
