You Will:
- Deliver Core Training: You'll ensure new employees receive comprehensive, client-specific onboarding and ongoing training, strengthening their job-specific knowledge and skills.
- Coach for Performance: You'll provide employees with skills-based, client-specific coaching and training to help them achieve operating plan targets, sales goals, and high customer satisfaction.
- Program Delivery & Partnership: You'll partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance client-specific sales knowledge and skills across our sales motions.
- Analyze & Optimize: You'll analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to inform the implementation of strategic sales plays and best practices within client territories.
- Ensure Quality: You'll oversee, measure, and validate the delivery and quality of training provided.
- Track Effectiveness: You'll track the effectiveness of training interventions using various assessment tools.
- Process Improvement: You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, aiming for a superior customer experience.
- Foster Relationships: You'll maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to nurture strategic client relationships.
- Maintain Expertise: You'll maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding about the client, customer interaction, and the evolving business environment for effective training delivery.
- Cultivate Learning: You'll help foster a culture of continuous learning where individuals take responsibility for their own development, competence, and performance.
You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Training, or/and Sales capacity (experience in IT/SaaS is preferred).
- You are a subject matter expert and a proven leader within your peer group. Prior experience in high-volume calling environments is preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is strongly preferred. Strong technical skills in MSOffice.
- An interest in learning how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to improve sales support processes, or prior experience with AI tools.
- Proven ability to prioritize concurrent projects and demonstrate strong project management skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate various strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audiences.
- A strong sales background is essential, providing you with the mindset and energy to sell ideas, engage people, and train confidently.
