Key Responsibilities
Sales Metrics & KPI Management
- • Define, track, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales KPIs including pipeline velocity, win rates, quota attainment, average deal size, sales cycle length, and lead conversion rates.
- • Develop standardized metric definitions in collaboration with Sales Operations to ensure consistency across reporting and analytics.
- • Monitor performance against targets and deliver timely insights to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities.
- • Build executive-level scorecards and performance summaries for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Data Management & Insights
- Manage and maintain the integrity of sales data within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources.
- Design and automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and improve reporting reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement corrective measures in collaboration with IT and Sales Operations.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms) to build a unified view of sales performance.
Analytical Thinking & Decision Support
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales programs, campaigns, territory performance, and customer segments to uncover actionable insights.
- Build predictive models and scenario analyses to support sales forecasting, capacity planning, and quota setting.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify analytical gaps and recommend new reporting frameworks to improve decision-making capabilities.
BI Tools & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for sales leadership and program managers.
- Build and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and custom views to support day-to-day sales operations.
- Create advanced Excel models including pivot tables, dynamic charts, and complex formulas for ad hoc analysis and financial modeling.
- Ensure all dashboards and reports are optimized for performance, usability, and self-service accessibility.
