Job Description

Concentrix is hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team in Helsingborg! Reimagine your career and join our global growing company working with some of the world's best brands.

In our Customer Care team you are responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences via various channels for our Danish Customers. Concentrix gives you the oppertunity to be apart of different line of business such as Travels or Powertools support. Depending on the LOB, you could be supporting customers with booking a fantastic holiday or arrange returns for that new powertool they bought.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities 
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Profile:

- QUALIFICATION: Do you have a commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience? Or are you a career changer with the desire to specialize in a new field of work?

- BILINGUAL: You speak very good English (B2 level) and Danish language perfectly (C1 level) ? Are you very confident in spelling?

- FULL-TIME: You are the excellent and friendly contact person for the customers and can inspire every customer thanks to your empathy?

- QUALITY: You have a flair for excellent customer service and a high sense of responsibility.
