The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

As a Customer Service Advisor on our team, no day is the same. You’ll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with, diagnosing and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers.

From troubleshooting technical glitches to billing queries, service support and guiding customers through products or features and how to optimise their use. As the first point of contact, you’ll dive into engaging, diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs and positively guide them through service excellence.

To succeed, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can hear what is not being said and proactively offer solutions with empathy. We want people eager to learn and quick on the uptake. Overall your main priority will be to maintain or improve an excellent customer experience.

Your qualifications

o Are proficient in English (oral and written)

o Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday

o Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.

o Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills

o Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively

o Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
