Concentrix is looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineer to help test their AI solutions. The potential candidate must have proven expertise using deep learning, ML, NLP and chatbots to help the internal teams promote diverse business outcomes and drive innovation.
This role will be assigned to AI project team and will report directly to the Director of Quality Engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI models and systems.
- Design and execute test cases to evaluate the accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI models.
- Automate testing processes to streamline quality assurance workflows and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and software engineers to understand model functionality and identify testing requirements.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects and issues, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Conduct performance testing to ensure AI models operate effectively under various conditions and workloads.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and testing methodologies to continuously improve testing practices.
- Provide detailed documentation of testing processes, methodologies, and results.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI quality assurance.
Qualifications Required:
- 5-8 years’ proven experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Hands on experience testing AI based applications
- Strong SQL or any other RDBMS skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or similar
- Experience with applications hosted in public cloud like AWS, Azure etc.
- Excellent analytical, business and technical resolution-oriented skills.
- Detailing and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong Inter-personal and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and techniques.
