Job Description
The Consultant I, Compensation is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.
- Analyze, design, and implement the organization's compensation programs, including but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools
- Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitive
- Manage the global budget, participation, and analysis of compensation surveys; and may serve as Market Pricing System Administrator to ensure integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of compensation-related data
- Conduct complex cost modeling for compensation initiatives, partnering with Finance stakeholders
- Lead execution and design of merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processes
- Lead market pricing efforts, perform job evaluation, and ad-hoc analysis
- Create communication materials and conduct training related to compensation programs as needed
- Proactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies/practices, reviews trends, and/or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvements
