Role and key responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and deliver multiple reports, dashboards, and data analyses at regular intervals, meeting evolving business needs.
• Data Stewardship: Act as the custodian of assigned data points, ensuring all reporting and dashboard elements are accurate and up-to-date.
• Timeliness & Accuracy: Maintain high standards of accuracy and timeliness across all assigned reports.
• Automation & Optimization: Assist in automating report generation through tools such as Excel macros and Power BI, continuously identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to management as required for strategic decision-making.
• Efficiency & Effectiveness: Enhance the effectiveness of organizational data processes by optimizing the use of technology and reporting tools.
• Project Support: Contribute to key strategic initiatives by supporting data mining, analysis, and the development of insights.
• Data Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and address data inconsistencies or abnormalities within datasets.
• Program Tracking: Maintain and regularly update trackers for ongoing programs and projects to ensure visibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Key skills and knowledge:
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in MS Excel, including data analysis and report automation.
• Automation Skills: Proven experience in automating reports - required.
• Attention to Detail: ability to detect, correct, and highlight data inconsistencies or errors.
• Process Simplification: Skilled in transforming complex operations into efficient, repeatable processes.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, 24/7 shift environment.
• Power BI & Power Query: Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with a growth mindset and drive for achievement.
Educational Qualification: Graduate.

IND Gurugram - DLF Phase V, adjacent to Sec. 42-43 Rapid Metro Station.
