We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce work experience
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II and Salesforce Application Architect
Previous experience with Sales, Service Cloud, Databricks and Experience Cloud (Site/Communities)
Expertise in Advance Admin, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience (Aura and LWC)
Able to effectively design solutions using Custom vs OOB in Salesforce design
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Force.com Platform
Expertise in Data and Metadata Migration strategies
Experience in designing the integration using middleware tools/Rest & Soap APIs
Experience and knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, jQuery)
Effective Salesforce management with demonstrated success and client satisfaction
Experience in articulating the technical architecture and tooling choices to business and technical stakeholders
Ability to innovate and drive technical solutions and understand the business implications of those solutions
Solid understanding of business processes including the entire quote to cash lifecycle
Ability to understand and govern data structure, syncing/migration of data
Must be both process and technically oriented
Experience in creating robust practice-wide best-practices and policy documentation
Strong leadership of technical teams including the ability to mentor and lead other senior technical personnel
Proficient in Agile Methodologies and SDLC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
