Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will supplement our existing support team by engaging directly with dealer support calls, enhancing process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with the software team to update documentation based on customer feedback and support experiences.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Dealer Support: Respond to dealer support calls related to software tools for dealer enablement, providing clear and effective solutions.

Process Improvement: Document current support processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation Review: Collaborate with the software team to review and update documentation of existing software tools, ensuring it reflects current practices and customer experiences.

 

Requirements:

Experience: 6-8 years in roles involving technical support and customer service.

 

Skills:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.

Familiarity with dealer enablement software tools is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of improving support processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary:

The on-target earnings range is $91,457 - $114,322 which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies. The deadline to apply for this position is 11/24.
