Job Title: Senior Java Technical Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Developer with extensive expertise in Java technologies and microservices architecture. This role requires the ability to lead development teams, apply industry best practices, and drive technical solutions to resolve complex issues impacting product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.
- Oversee technical architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and maintainable Java-based solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices in a distributed environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, resolving technical blockers and optimizing performance.
- Provide guidance on Angular for front-end development and integration with back-end services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure robust testing, deployment pipelines, and adherence to agile development methodologies.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into development processes as appropriate.
Required Skills:
- Java (Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate)
- Microservices architecture (design and implementation)
- Angular (front-end development and integration)
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) for IT service management would be a plus.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in delivering high-performance, enterprise-level software systems.
