Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to establish a clear, data-driven vision that aligns with their business strategies. Provide expert consultation on complex data and AI deployment initiatives, serving as a trusted technical leader.
Innovative Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive data management and AI transformation strategies that drive business and customer value. Address security, privacy, and compliance needs while promoting data literacy and a data-driven culture within client organizations.
Expertise in Execution: Utilize your deep knowledge of business, technology, and data to craft actionable roadmaps that optimize people, processes, and technology, maximizing the value derived from data.
Leadership and Guidance: Lead both technical and non-technical teams within client organizations and Concentrix, fostering collaboration to design scalable data architecture solutions. Take on a strong delivery lead role with a focus on Data Platform expertise.
Insight Analysis: Analyze and synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and workshops, consolidating findings into a compelling narrative that drives business decisions.
Digital Asset Analysis: Reverse engineer digital assets, including BI reports, data structures, ETLs, Access databases, and Excel files, to inform recommendations for future data strategies.
Performance Management: Quickly grasp business concepts and performance management strategies, identifying the most relevant KPIs and data management approaches that deliver maximum value to clients.
Project Estimation: Accurately estimate the scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, and AI initiatives.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership in data strategy and governance, creating differentiated assets and enabling capability building within the field to nurture the next generation of data strategists.
Required Skills & Experience:
Data Strategy Design: Proven ability to develop robust data strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Data Architecture Expertise: Experience in leading the design and implementation of efficient data architectures.
Business Alignment: Strong capability to align data architectures with business objectives and organizational structures.
Advanced Analytics Proficiency: Competence in utilizing advanced analytical techniques, including data science, to derive actionable business insights.
Transformation Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering comprehensive data transformation programs.
AI/ML Solution Design: Expertise in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record in pre-sales activities, bid-writing, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Location and Language: Based in the Paris region with a hybrid working model. Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings across EMEA. Fluency in both French and English is required.
