Role Overview:
Step into the pivotal role of a Customer Care Coordinator and join our mission of excellence in managing crucial schemes like the Health Insurance Act (Zvw), Social Support Act (Wmo), and Long-Term Care Act (Wlz)! You will handle vital inquiries, directly influencing customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Handle calls regarding outstanding balances, direct debits, and scheme modifications for Wmo and Wlz
- Efficient Processing: Manage written requests for updates to account information and ensure seamless direct debit processes
- Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Masterful Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) and good command of English
- Exceptional Communicator: Your ability to convey ideas clearly and engagingly sets you apart
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using various computer applications and tools, making technology work for you
- Organized and Analytical: Your decision-making prowess and analytical capabilities help you stay ahead, keeping everything on track
- Customer-Centric Attitude: You have a positive outlook with a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
- Valuable Experience: While previous experience in a customer service center is a plus, your eagerness to learn and grow is what truly matters to us
