We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement professional with strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics CE.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and CE, architecture, or similar roles.
· Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics CE
· Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third-party systems.
· Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions.
· Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration.
Required Skill Set:
· Experience with Customer Engagement Extensability
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
· Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems.
· Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices.
· Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory
· Experience in Dynamics Customer Engagement
Background experience in Dynamics 365customer service and sales functionality, customizations, and administration.
· Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques.
Starter Kit configuration. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required
· Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices.
· Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
· Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations.
· Understanding of cloud technologies and their implications for ERP systems.
