Join us in shaping the future of intelligent customer service solutions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead the design and development of scalable AI-powered Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems behind kBot – our no-code assistant that empowers support agents with fast, accurate information across languages and systems.

This role focuses on building robust backend services that integrate generative AI with enterprise data sources, using modern frameworks, cloud-native patterns, and LLM technologies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban setup, contributing to a globally scalable knowledge solution that enhances the productivity of our customer service professionals.
