Leadership Experience: Previous roles as a Team Leader, Trainer, or Quality Evaluator.
Industry Expertise: Strong background in BPO or contact centers.

Resilient Under Pressure: Capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results under tight deadlines.
Sales Savvy: Experience in sales is a plus.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 proficiency).
