Key Responsibilities
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries received via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Follow client and company procedures to ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer care or service-related roles.
• Strong service mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
• C1 fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm, resilient, and professional under pressure.
• Affinity for technology and ability to learn new tools quickly.
