As a Reconciliation Operations Specialist I, you will be responsible for daily ingestion of
partner bank statements. You will be proactive in liaising with our partner banks to
resolve issues in your assigned accounts and help identify process improvements to
support the company's plans for rapid growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
● Liaise with banking partners and external stakeholders to resolve data integrity and
reporting issues
● Ensure partner bank statements are timely, accurate, and complete
● Assist and support the automation of bank statement data ingestion
● Drive improvements to our product and work processes to become more efficient
● Support the wider Reconciliation team as needed

Required Qualifications:
● 1-3 years experience in any one of the following areas: reconciliation, accounting,
finance, working in a shared service center
● Experience in analyzing large volumes of data
● A great relationship builder and experienced at working closely with external partners
● 1 year experience in Excel using VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
● You can prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently within a fast-paced environment
● Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with a passion for
problem-solving
● You possess a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical
mindset
● You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
applicable to the role
Compensation Team to Enter Job Code and FLSA Exemption and level

Working Conditions:
● Advanced Spanish level (C1)
● Intermediate - advanced English level (B2)
● Availability to work at our San Borja Chacarilla site
