Catalyst Sales Director- France
Job Description
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
• Meet with potential clients (C-Level/Director, etc.) and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Build strong relationships with solution partners.
• Generate a sales pipeline, track sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline analysis, for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's software products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an individual contributor, senior sales role.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of software sales processes and techniques, including CRM, CCaaS systems, AI based solutions and digital platforms.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed performance goals in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
