I joined the Concentrix team in December 2020, during the launch of the Dakar site. Within just three months of our start, I saw three of my colleagues become supervisors. After one year, I became a supervisor myself. Concentrix trusted me and helped me grow my managerial skills. Today, I support our new team members in finding their footing and growing within this environment.
