You will work Hybrid and you will report to a manager in Network Team.

Responsibilities

Fix P1/P2 global incidents & RCA.

Troubleshoot P3/P4 daily incidents tickets.

Configure, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN equipment to include routers, switches, firewalls, data probes, out of band management devices, and cabling.

RMA from TAC- Replacement (Vendor Management to make sure tickets are moving along

Help monitor and adjust LAN/WAN performance in SolarWinds, to ensure LAN/WAN integrity and performance.

Network related client maintenance request

Vendor maintenance (Sprint, ATT, Vodafone, TATA, Globe, PLDT)

Is good in change management & RCA process.

May coach other junior professionals.

Requirements

Years' Experience: 4+ years of network troubleshooting

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Tools: SolarWinds Orion and Remedy (Incident, Problem and Change Management)

Certifications: recent CCNA, Fortinet FW, Palo Alto F

Is proficient in written and spoken English.

Good hands-on router, switches, Firewall, proxy, etc.

Have good knowledge and hands-on exp on Cisco router, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Forti)

Have understanding for packet capture tools and can analyze them.

Have good understanding of Cisco Nexus, VPC, VRF, QOS troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:

Is ready for 24*7 shift including night shifts.

Is available 24*7 to provide on call support.
