Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Dutch speaking superstars to join our lively, fun-loving team in Bulgaria to support us in providing exceptional experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.

We have lots of opportunities across our multiple clients and campaigns:

Customer Care Opportunities:
Our Customer Care teams are responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences via various channels – this could be supporting customers with anything from booking a fantastic holiday to arrange returns for that new pair of sneakers.

Content Moderation Opportunities:

Along with our Content Moderation teams, we work with some of the worlds’ biggest online platforms and help them ensure a safe place for their communities.

Technical Support Opportunities:

Our Technical Specialists help clients resolve any and all technical issues they might have.  If you have a problem-solving mindset, then this could be the job for you!  

Sales Opportunities:

As Sales Experts, our teams work along with our fantastic clients to drive sales, overall business growth and strong partner-client relationships.
