Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:

• Develop and document digital product strategies, influencing vision, goals, and success metrics.

• Analyse clients' businesses for innovation opportunities, shaping organisational strategy.

• Educate stakeholders on product insights and success metrics.

• Collaborate with UX designers for competitor analysis and comparison.

• Lead tactical approaches for products, advising Product Owners on ROI and value proposition.

• Implement analytics tools to inform decision-making and author compelling business cases.

Projects:

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and lead requirements elicitation workshops, ensuring traceability.

• Collaborate with UX designers for user research, validating assumptions and documenting findings.

• Facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings for effective project execution.

• Commercial/Account Management:

• Support Commercial team in writing proposals, RFPs, and statements of work.

• Assist in estimating Business Analyst effort for new project opportunities.

• Formulate strategies for managing client engagement in collaboration with client stakeholders.

Leadership:

• Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

• Contribute to project communications, internal processes, and ways of working.

• Fulfil the role of Product Owner when required.

• Contribute to BA practice development, staying updated on trends and best practices.

• Coach and mentor team members, fostering their development.

• Functional Skills:

• Write and maintain high-quality requirements using Agile methodologies.

• Produce Business, Functional, and Non-Functional Requirements.

• Devise performance/success metrics for products and services.

• Identify and raise project risks, proposing mitigation actions.

• Perform acceptance testing, including raising issues and new requirements.

• Review less senior colleagues’ work through peer reviews.
