Job Description

Senior Survey Programmer specializing in the Unicom Intelligence (SPSS Dimensions) platform. The role will primarily serve our data collection studies and products, using the Unicom Intelligence platform for web, SMS and IVR studies. The position also involves leading a team of programmers with varied skillsets.

The successful candidate will use his/her expertise to propose, develop, and implement solutions and best practice across many aspects of data collection, acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Job Functions:

Survey Programming

• Act as a consultant to internal client facing teams, proposing appropriate data collection and technology solutions, developing, and implementing best practice across varied data collection platform
• Work as part of the team with project managers and stakeholders to deliver against specifications while still adhering to highest quality control standards
• Provide technical expertise on our data collection platforms and provide supporting solutions
• Proactively identify and implement process & project improvements
• Develop data collection solutions in accordance with Concentrix strategies and initiatives

People/ Team Management

• Will manage a team of 6 specialists
• Support, coach, and develop abilities of junior team members
• Promote a positive workplace environment
