Key Responsibilities During the Program: Throughout the duration of the program, participants will engage in:

Who We're Looking For: We are seeking driven and enthusiastic graduates who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of sales and digital marketing. Key qualifications include:

• Fluent in the applied language at minimum C1 level and B2 level English proficiency
• Taking initiative and acting proactively 
• Capable of working alone and solving problems 
• Inter-cultural competence 
• Active listening skills 
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ect.)
• Interest and curiosity in digital and technology topics 
• A European Work permit

Salary and Work Details:

• Competitive salary of €33,000 gross annually (€2,750 gross per month)
• Opportunity for up to €7,500 performance-based bonus annually
• 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday between 8:45 am and 5:15 pm

Transition to Sales and Marketing Agent Role: Upon successful completion of the Graduate Program, participants will be evaluated for potential advancement to the position of Sales and Marketing Agent. In this role, individuals will assume key responsibilities such as:

• Acting as a digital marketing advisor for our advertisers
• Providing expert guidance on social media marketing strategies
• Evaluating social media advertisement analytics
• Making inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their campaigns and budgets
• Implementing sales funnel strategies and detecting emerging trends
