Customer Advisor (Electronic After-Sales Service)

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Electronic After-Sales Service team. In this role, you will assist customers following their product purchase, handling tasks such as issuing invoices, processing product returns, and managing damage claims.

The position primarily involves inbound customer calls, providing support and solutions to ensure a positive post-purchase experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive in-bound calls from customers regarding after-sales service.
    Perform after-sales service tasks to customers. (e.g. issue product invoices, handle product returns when customers are dissatisfied with the products they purchased, replace products for customers in case it’s defective.)
    Resolve customer complaints and issues, offering appropriate solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Multitasking skills

  

Required Qualification: 

  • Thai national
  • Highschool diploma
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (CEFR B2 above) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Work Location: Onsite

Working Shift & Day:  

  • Shift pattern and day will be provided in advance 

  • Shift starting time from 09:00 to 12:00  

  • 1 month training  

  • Work day can be any 5 days of the week, weekly off can be any 2 consecutives day of the week (there could be a rare occasion where weekly off is split)
