What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Advisor on our team, you will:  

• Help customers with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs and helps customers after they purchase the products 

• Provide extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot.  

• Provide accurate information about the product the customer wants to buy 

• Achieve goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing excellent customer experience 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

• Are proficient or bilingual in Polish (C1) and English (B2) 

• Have European citizenship or work permit in Romania 

• Love helping people and enjoy making them feel special 

• Have a positive and dedicated attitude 

• Are available to work Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
