We’re looking for passionate, caring & experienced people to join our team working on behalf of a leading energy company!

As an agent, you will be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers. You may deal with queries from pre-payment customers, reviewing the suitability of the customer being in pre-payment mode or working with vulnerable who are worried about not being able to pay for their bills or arrears on the account.
