2+ years of experience working in an inside sales capacity
Dynamic personality
A winning mindset
Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
Experience or willingness to work a hybrid model
Experience with Google Cloud Platform products and services, similar clouds of SaaS solutions
Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecast sales
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Experience upselling and cross-selling customers
Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecast sales
You Will:
Prospect and develop new customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Negotiate and close deals
Manage pipeline and forecast sales
Work with multiple customers at scale
Up sell and cross sell customers.
Convert qualified leads into closed sales
Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to secure new customers
Reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales
Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured
Work hybrid, commutable to a designated Concentrix Office in Costa Rica.
