Customer advisor with Danish for TV streaming provider (Relocation Package)
Description
Job description:
- Provide assistance via phone, email or chat
- Deliver technical support for the streaming company,
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support,
- Deal with outbound calls for administrative tasks eg. gathering feedbacks or late payment calls and similar.
Requirements:
- Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),
- Administrative and technical knowledge,
- Outstanding communication skills and good listener,
- Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling,
Nice to have:
- Experience with CRM system.
