As Site Merchandiser you will help develop and implement the strategic, cross-functional presence across the Nike Digital platforms. This role is focused on presenting and merchandising product to consumers on Nike.com and within Nike App. The candidate needs to have a sharp attention to detail, interest in e-commerce business, curiosity for marketplace and product trends, ability to learn analytics/new reporting tools (and action appropriately on key findings), and strong communication skills. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? • With guidance from the Site Experience manager, define seasonal plans for certain categories, sports, and gender, among others. Enable the best expression of the brand and key retail moments and other brand campaigns, all while achieving defined business targets. • Manage the site experience in line with the commercial plan, including product attribution, product tracking and set up of merchandising rules and navigation. • Collection creation, update, and maintenance • Consumer Journey weekly Auditing (via business analytics & front end) • Marketing campaigns assistance to secure journey • Partner with other digital site merchandisers and x-functional partners to implement changes on Nike digital platforms while working across all Digital channels to create a compelling digital consumer journey. • Manage the in-season business plans in the day-to-day activities tracking performance of the product, analyzing demand, Sell Through and key metrics to optimize the consumer journey to increase CVR, sales. • Monitor and extract insights from the on-site searches and recommendations, creating strategies and feedback to improve the consumer experience. • Create and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports analyzing the site performance, product, consumer journey on the site and key metrics. Extract insights and use them to develop new strategies or tests to the experience. WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? You will be working with other Site Merchandisers, Biz Site Experience Mgr, Planners, Marketing and Brand partners, along with multiple other functions within the Nike Direct ecosystem. The site merchandising role is a critical connection point across all areas of the Digital business.
