Key Role Details:

• Hourly rate of $26.77 p/h + Super + Incentives
• Incentive payments of up to $480 per month
• Ongoing and secure opportunities
• Full time and part time roles available, PT roles must attend FT training for 4 weeks and at least 30 hours per week after training
• Monday to Friday rotating roster of 7am - 8pm. Reclaim your weekend! 
• Centrally located in the heart of Brisbane, 100 metres from Central Station

Role Duties:

You will support our valued customers with their account enquiries. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. 

Who are you?

You want to help and believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

• Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
• Eager to work towards goals and targets 
• Confident and capable in using computers and systems 
• Passionate about customer service
• Keen to learn new skills and refine existing ones too
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
