As a Server Engineer - Exchange, you will be the technical subject matter expert for a Global IT business partner, leading the way for one of the most innovative digital cloud solutions.

Technical Expertise Required
Exchange Server & Active Directory General:
- Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management.
- At least five or more project experience.
- Proven subject matter expertise in the following:
- 3+ years’ experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, technology management
- Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly.
- Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
- PowerShell\Scripting experience - Fluent in German and business level English
Microsoft Exchange Server
- Experience in Exchange server architecture 2010\2013\2016
- Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server 2010\2013\2016
- Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as: High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging
- Deep understanding in SMTP
- Experience and skills with Failover Clustering
- Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments.
Identity related requirements:
- Deep understanding in Active Directory architecture 2008\2016
- Experience in designing & implementing, backup & restoring, and troubleshooting Active Directory
