Job Description
Associate, ID & Profile Management (TCF) Centralized Client ID Mgmt. support. This profile supports Client ID creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Associate, ID & Profile Management is responsible for obtaining, distributing, profiling Agent IDs in UDM and tracking Client IDs of Concentrix employees per contractual obligations with Client. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publish weekly reports and analysis to Client Services as well as maintain an ID Database.

- Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes.
- Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both Concentrix and Client on a Timely basis.
- Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines of deliverables.
- Detail-oriented
