What you will do in this role:

• Be part of a winning team that delivers first-class telephone support to BMW Group's valued customers
• Be a team player
• Become a BMW Group product pro! Master our products inside out to meet customer needs and be their trusted guide on their journey

Your qualifications and experience

• Have a crystal-clear telephonic voice that shines with politeness and charisma
• Have the ability to juggle tasks in a detailed, fast-paced environment
• Have a knack for coordination and organisation
• Are flexible to adapt your schedule to meet organisational needs
• Can handle a high-volume request with finesse
• Have computer literacy and are proficient with MS office
