Exciting temporary remote opportunity for Romanian speakers!
We are seeking motivated, skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team for a 2-month temporary assignment, working comfortably from your home in Romania.
The start is on 5th January 2026.
Your Typical Day:
Engaging in outbound campaigns to connect with customers and provide them with information and assistance to enhance their experience.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to offer precise information and support during outbound interactions.
Researching to gather relevant information and delivering accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
What you need to have is:
Excellent communication skills
Near Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
Customer-oriented attitude
What can you expect from us:
Full-time role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
Work from home
Comprehensive initial training (fully paid by us)
