Analyze intervals containing information on the current status of collaborators to ensure identification of issues during specific time slots. Send global metric reports affecting operations and projections based on previous time slot behaviors. Consolidate information related to the statistical study of the account to analyze and identify causes influencing process management. Requirements: University studies in any field, minimum 2nd year. English level: B1-B2 Intermediate. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and operational reports. Availability of time.
