How we work is simple: Concentrix is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. 

What you will be expected to do in this role is to plan, structure and conduct English lessons for all of our interested employees in Daugavpils, both in groups but also individual lessons. You are creative and proactive in your way of working to ensure a high level of quality of end result.  With your expertise you contribute to an increased knowledge of English among our employees.

We think we'll be a great match if you are:

• Fluent in English language (C1 / C2 level both spoken and written).
• Fluent in Russian language (C1 / C2 level both spoken and written)
• Knowledge and experience about learning styles and differentiate instruction to meet students' learning needs
• Previous experience in similar role (Teacher, Teacher assistant, Language coordinator, Tutor)
• Experience and/or drive to speak before the audience
• We consider it meritorious if you have a relevant Bachelor´s degree, however it is not a requirement
