Senior DevOps Engineer (Security & Compliance Focus)

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and security-focused operational practices. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable platform infrastructure, supporting secure SDLC initiatives, and implementing compliance-oriented operational controls in cloud environments. The ideal candidate has experience working in modern DevOps ecosystems and exposure to regulated or security-conscious environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Support secure SDLC practices including vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, and infrastructure hardening.
• Implement and maintain security-focused operational controls such as IAM least privilege, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to support audit-ready and compliance-oriented environments.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment automation processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes ( StatefulSet ), Terraform Automation, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS (EKS management).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure security practices including IAM, secrets management, container security, and network policies.
