What the role looks like:

  • Reach out to former customers and encourage them to start using our products again.
  • Manage your client accounts, build strong relationships, and support their long‑term success.
  • Create and follow a clear plan for growing your business portfolio.
  • Work toward reactivating old accounts and meeting new spending targets.
  • Build new relationships with former customers and help increase their revenue in key product areas.
  • Meet your sales targets and identify new opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field.
  • Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online meetings.
  • Understand each client’s goals and provide the best marketing recommendations to support their needs.
  • Help clients understand their opportunities and turn their marketing goals into real actions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients and provide the right solutions when needed.
  • Stay up to date on products, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Meet quarterly sales goals and other KPIs.
  • Work model: Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday office)
  • Working hours: Mon – Fr 10:00 – 19:00

Your profile:

  • Understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline.
  • Fluent in German and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or an outsourcing environment.
  • Ability to use a value‑based selling approach in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and increase customer investment.
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑discipline, and motivation.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
