In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position is on-site in our facility in Madrid and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you'll experience with us:

As a Customer Service in our team, you will:

-Provide support to the end-clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting related questions
-Educate users on how to manage their business better
-Work cross-functionally with the Sales and the Product teams
-Ensure that best in class service is given to customers
-Work with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success “brand” across the entire organization

We'll be a great match if you:

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English
- Have strong communication and customer care skills
- Come with strong accounting skills and knowledge
- Possess good disposition to work in a customer service environment
 

It would be a plus if you:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
- Have experience in Customer Support for a Fintech
- Possess experience in accounting
